For dealerships with multiple locations, the tool automatically aggregates all equipment into one unified listing page, giving customers a complete view of available inventory. Users can easily filter by individual location to see what’s in stock nearby or compare availability across branches.


Dynamic Dealer Header

Each dealer storefront features a header bar that automatically displays contact details for the closest dealership based on the user’s location. Customers can easily switch to another location if preferred, ensuring they’re always connected to the most relevant dealer for their area.


Seamless Lead Generation

Every dealer storefront is equipped with the same integrated lead form that automatically routes customer inquiries to their dealership. The challenge was to build a customer-facing inventory tool that didn’t just display equipment, but also integrated seamlessly into New Holland dealers’ existing Salesforce CRM. Dealers needed more than basic lead alerts—they required detailed insights into what customers were shopping for, which models they viewed, financing preferences, and promotional eligibility. The opportunity was to create a digital sales tool that provided dealers with actionable intelligence to shorten sales cycles and improve follow-up, while delivering farmers a modern, intuitive shopping experience.

The goal was to create a dual-purpose platform: a seamless, modern shopping experience for farmers and a powerful sales enablement system for dealers. By deeply integrating with Salesforce, the tool ensures that every lead arrives enriched with key context—equipment viewed, financing preferences, offers applied, and purchase intent signals. This reduces friction in the buying journey for customers, while giving dealers the intelligence they need to prioritize follow-up, tailor conversations, and ultimately drive measurable ROI.

The New Holland Inventory Search Tool was crafted to be more than an equipment catalog. Every feature was designed with data flow and dealer intelligence in mind: leads are automatically enriched with customer behavior data—such as specific models viewed, offers considered, and financing preferences—and delivered directly into Salesforce for immediate action. The tool dynamically adapts to dealer inventory in real time, while enhancements like bilingual support, “Best Deal” toggles, and PPP callouts create a consumer-friendly shopping experience.
