Challenge / Opportunity
Farm equipment buyers are increasingly beginning their purchase journey online, yet until 2025 New Holland lacked a unified digital hub where customers could browse real-time dealer inventory. Competitors were advancing digital shopping experiences, and New Holland needed to deliver a seamless, modern tool to keep customers in the brand ecosystem.
Objective / Desired Response
The objective was to launch a single owned platform that connects live dealer inventory with a simple, search-driven experience for customers. The tool needed to increase customer inquiries (leads), support dealers with more qualified prospects, and measure equipment demand at a national and local level.
